Haartz Introduces New Aftermarket Convertible Topping Material

Acton, Mass. (September 10, 2014) Today, The Haartz Corporation introduced a new topping material, specific for the aftermarket. Fortè is a uniquely engineered and designed topping material that can be used as a replacement or design enhanced-top for all makes and models.

“Fortè was designed for convertible owners who want or need to replace their convertible top with material from the original manufacturer,” said Matt Williams, director of business development for The Haartz Corporation.  “Whether the replacement be for aesthetic reasons or out of necessity, we want to ensure customers get high-quality material from the original, trusted, world leader in convertible topping material.”

Fortè has 100 percent polyester backing for superior strength and dimensional stability. Acoustics are improved due to an increase in PVC weight. The material complies with North American Original Equipment Manufacturer standards for heavy metal content.

It is available in a full range of standard colors and several grain patterns – including twill, cabrio, sailcloth and pinpoint.
