The need for a non-score Bilaminate surface material now exists and is in current production on a 2014MY vehicle.  DEPLOY ™ is formulated from a specific grade of TPO skin and foam for easy airbag deployment without the need for any pre- scoring that often creates an “A Surface” read through after heat aging.
