DEPLOY®ST

DEPLOY® ST is a sustainable, lightweight TPO composite integrating proprietary Clean Break™ technology for flawless airbag deployment without surface read-through. Engineered to prevent "bottoming out," it maximizes material utilization and reduces waste through a wider width than PVC/PUR and optimized nesting. This recyclable mono-material simplifies assembly by eliminating spacers and supports versatile processes like ESL and Press Bond, with custom surfaces (print/grain) and adjustable thicknesses using a single tool, all while having a reduced production cycle time.
