In this role, Bill will lead daily compounding operations and support the company’s ongoing pursuit of manufacturing efficiency, material advancements, and uncompromising product quality.

With more than 35 years of experience in the plastics industry, Bill brings a strong track record of technical expertise and leadership. He spent 26 years at Haartz Corporation, where he most recently served as R&D Manager for Automotive Exteriors. His work spans a wide range of applications, particularly in automotive, with additional contributions to the marine and industrial sectors.
